Erik Brault

OI am a  Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Fascial release therapist and  movement specialist, but before that, I was a lifelong searcher. Born and raised in Massachusetts, my early life was characterized by a profound feeling of being lost, overstimulated, and misunderstood. I felt like I never fit in, and no one could speak my language. This struggle led me down a difficult path; from ages 13 to 32, I constantly sought validation, support, and love in all the wrong places, resulting in chronic substance addiction and cycles of trouble.

My physical and mental anchors were always physical fitness and martial arts. When I discovered functional strength tools, particularly the steel mace, this type of training spoke directly to me and helped repair my body. However, true healing required more than just physical strength.

After years of struggle, failed relationships, and desperate moments, I moved to Arizona seven years ago to start a new life and never looked back. This is where the true transformation began. I stumbled upon a beautiful community where I was introduced to Somatic Breathwork and plant medicine.

For me, this was a godsend. As a lifelong asthmatic who always found breathing difficult, Breathwork broke my heart wide open, allowing me to finally release the decades of stuck emotions, shame, and pain I had been avoiding.

I spent the next five years immersed in dedicated study:

  • Facilitating countless Breathwork journeys.

  • Attending Ayahuasca ceremonies.

  • Deepening my knowledge of functional movement.

  • Mastering Fascial Release and bodywork techniques to help clients release trapped tension in their tissues.

As an initiated man, I spent five days alone in the woods with no tent and no food, creating my rite of passage and drawing inspiration for my mission. By combining unconventional training methods like steel mace workouts with somatic breathing practices, I create spaces for healing and growth.

Through this journey, I realized that I wasn't just running from my past; I was running from myself. Today, I stand at a point of profound self-acceptance, flaws and all. My mission is simple: to share this love, radical inclusion, and all the somatic tools I have meticulously collected over the years.

I am here to hold a safe space so that you, too, can access your body's innate wisdom and find the tools you need to heal yourself. I love what I do, and I can't wait to share this healing space with you.
